Echoprint free music identification of open source

We are all familiar with applications that allow us to find your favorite song, whose name we do not know and did not even know who sings it.

Echoprint - a free definition of music, which is distributed with open source and can be easily integrated into any web site or any Web application.

The system will record the signals transmitted in the composition, compares them with the available database (currently there are more than 150 000), and then gives you a songwriter and her name.

The system is divided into three parts:

* Code generator, which converts the audio into a unique code;
* Server (based on Apache), which responds to requests made by the code generator;
* Data that include information on more than 150,000 songs.

You can choose your own server, or server Echoprint, which already handles multiple requests (in this case, you also need a code generator).

PS : There is also a PHP API Echonest , which allows quick access to data located in the database.
